1. Platform Purpose & Scope

BSmart provides a unified multi-vendor commerce platform bridging Shopping, Sourcing, and Solutions across Bangladesh. By creating an account or transacting on BSmart, you agree to these Terms and Policies. All merchants operating on the platform are verified entities holding authentic Trade Licenses, TINs, and business registrations.

2. Currency & Payment Regulations

All transactions, prices, invoices, and payouts on BSmart are strictly locked to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳) in accordance with Bangladesh Bank commercial guidelines. Payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad), and local credit/debit cards processed through secure domestic payment gateways. Foreign currencies are strictly prohibited.

3. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Customers are entitled to request replacement within 7 days of parcel delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, or divergent from specifications. Turnkey rooftop solar components and Wideplus industrial sensors carry standard manufacturer warranties ranging from 1 to 25 years as specified on official datasheets.

4. Data Privacy & Session Security
